EXCO has grown into one of the foremost exhibition and convention centres in Korea and considered the top destination for exhibitions, conventions and meetings in the country. It has successfully hosted various international events such as the 2004 International Solar Cities Initiative Congress, the 2005 APEC Business Forum, the 2010 World Firefighters Games, the 2011 IAAF World Championships in Athletics, the 2012 International Congress of Entomology, the 2013 World Energy Congress, and the 2015 World Water Forum - recognising Daegu as the international conference city.

Outstanding facilities and state-of-the-art services with a 22,159㎡ exhibition area, a grand ballroom, a 4,000-seat convention hall, a 1,300-seat auditorium and a total of 23 conference rooms. EXCO offers a world-class service with a new state-of-the-art security system and an independent Wi-Fi Zone.

Korea has 7 International airports with Incheon and Gimhae as the main destinations, all with rapid transport connections to Daegu.

Daegu International Airport operates 24 routes to 9 countries including Southeast Asia, Japan and China.
